John Milisitz, formerly of Encinitas, California, was sentenced in Baltimore, Maryland to 21 months in prison and ordered to pay $380,000 in restitution for mail fraud in connection with a scheme to defraud the Baltimore Washington Medical Center, where his mother, Margie Milisitz, was employed.
