California Man Sentenced in Pennsylvania for Interfering with a Flight Crew

Kinman Chan, of San Francisco, was sentenced in Pittsburgh to five years of probation for assaulting a flight attendant while on a U.S. Airways flight from Philadelphia to San Francisco by attempting to "elbow" her while being escorted to his seat after causing a disturbance in the aircraft lavatory.
