Colombian National Pleads Guilty in Florida to Second Drug Trafficking Offense

Ferney Quinones De La Cruz, of Colombia, who faked injury to avoid arrest, pled guilty in Tampa, Florida to his role in a cocaine trafficking conspiracy. Because this is the defendant's second felony drug offense, he faces a mandatory minimum term of 20 years in federal prison and a maximum term of life.
