Starbuck Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Commit Bank Fraud and Money Laundering

A 54-year-old man from the central Minnesota community of Starbuck pleaded guilty earlier today in federal court in Duluth to conspiring with others to steal more than $1 million in loan proceeds from the First Bank of Kensington.
