Defendant Arrested in Mexico in Connection with Death of Federal Agent
Marcos Rodriguez-Perez, one of five individuals charged with being involved in the July 2009 death of U.S. Customs and Border Protection Border Patrol Agent Robert W. Rosas, Jr., was arrested by Mexican authorities in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The arrest of Rodr�guez-Perez leaves only one suspect involved in the murder of Agent Rosas at large.
