Former Employees of Credit Union for Red Cross Guilty of $675,000 Fraud
Tracy S. Kemper and Tiffany A. Samuells, both former employees of the Clara Barton Federal Credit Union, pled guilty in Washington, D.C. to orchestrating a scheme to issue more than $675,000 in fraudulent loans from the credit union. Before its merger with Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Clara Barton served current and former employees of the American Red Cross and their relatives.
