Three Florida Men Indicted in Minnesota for Lying to Investors

Florida residents Frank E. Vennes, David W. Harrold, and Bruce F. Prevost were indicted in Minneapolis on securities fraud charges for fraudulently marketing a hedge fund's investments in Petters Company, Inc. (PCI). PCI was owned by Thomas J. Petters, whose $3.65 billion Ponzi scheme unraveled in 2008.
