Two Execs Sentenced in California for Illegal Stock Sales
Richard A. Bailey and Florian R. Ternes, both of Las Vegas, Nevada, who respectively were the chief executive officer and the chief operating officer of Gateway Distributors, Inc., were each sentenced in Los Angeles to 30 months in federal prison for illegally selling unregistered stock in their company.
