WAYLAND, NY ? NOCO Express, a family-owned and operated gasoline convenience store chain headquartered in Tonawanda, New York, celebrated the grand opening of its newest location at 2341 Route 63 in Wayland last week. Earlier in June, NOCO had purchased the former Acorn Markets. Friday (June 29) marked the grand opening of the store under the NOCO Express name and completion of an in-store remodel to better serve the needs of customers.
?Our new Wayland store follows the same model as all of our stores in that it?s designed to provide the necessary conveniences and essentials for today?s on-the-go customers,? said Michael F. Newman, NOCO executive vice president. ?We are excited to open our first NOCO Express store in Steuben County, which marks the 34th store in our gasoline convenience chain.?
The remodeled 3,000 square foot store, which took approximately two weeks to complete, features an updated store dcor and an increased variety of products to meet customer needs. The fuel station located in the parking lot adjacent to the store is also NOCO-branded. Hours of operation are 7 am to 10 pm for the Subway located inside. The new NOCO store employs 10 people.
