Connecticut Man Pleads Guilty to Role in Laundromat Arson

Osvaldo Segui, of New Haven, Connecticut, pled guilty to one count of conspiring to destroy property used in interstate commerce by fire in connection with his participation in the July 2009 arson of a New Haven laundromat.
