LOS ANGELES, Calif. ? BP announced that ampm has been named the official retail convenience store sponsor of the 2012 Los Angeles Alianza de Futbol events.

?It?s exciting to be able to support Hispanic soccer with this sponsorship opportunity,? said Donna Sanker, ampm vice president of marketing. ?ARCO?s ampm is proud to support the next generation of soccer superstars, and to assist with new uniforms for children, and transportation for players to and from the events.?

Attendees at the main event should look for the ampm Alianza de Futbol sign where they can grab a scratcher card, and could win ampm food and drinks, $25 ampm gift cards, a $250 ampm gift card and a 40-ince LCD TV. The Main Showcase Event takes place on July 28 to 29 and August 4 to 5 at the San Bernardino Soccer Complex in Highland, Calif.

Soccer fans should listen up for radio advertising spots scheduled to air on Spanish language radio stations, as well as print advertising in Los Angeles area newspapers, now and in the coming weeks.
