ALEXANDRIA, Va. ? The NACS Show Mobile App is now available to download. This is the third year that NACS has developed a NACS Show mobile app to enhance the experience for attendees before, during and after the NACS Show.

The NACS Show will take place October 7 to 10 in Las Vegas. NACS Show retailer attendees, as well as wholesalers and distributors, can register for the event and secure housing at nacsshow.com.

The free app allows users to easily navigate information about scheduled events and more than 50 educational sessions and speakers and integrates information about PEI (Petroleum Equipment Institute) sessions and events occurring at the NACS Show. It also provides a searchable list of all NACS Show exhibitors and Cool New Products Preview Room participants and provides routing to booths and social media platforms.

?We have added a number of enhancements, based on user requests from the past two years, to the app to make it and even more valuable tool for attendees, whether you are a NACS Show regular or a first-time attendee,? said NACS Vice President of Marketing Doug Reed.

Attendees can use the app to preplan their NACS Show experience by searching and bookmarking the ?Exhibitors? list to find products and services they want to see, or can even e-mail exhibitors, set up appointments, download handouts and locate booths on the expo map. They also can scroll through the educational sessions to learn about key takeaways and speakers or add specific sessions to their planners. And by tapping the ?Friends? tab, attendees can build their NACS Show network by locating and inviting peers to download the mobile app, share schedules and communicate via e-mail and in-app messaging.

The NACS Show Mobile App ? compatible with the iPhone, Android, Blackberry, iPad, iPod Touch and other smartphones ? can be downloaded free of charge from the iTunes library and the Android market. The app also can be downloaded for compatible smartphones at nacsshow.com/mobileapp.
