Drug Ringleader Sentenced in Maryland

John Willis Cox, of Clinton, Maryland, was sentenced to 14 years in prison for conspiring to distribute cocaine and possession of a gun by a felon. Cox's sentence was enhanced due to the fact that he is a career offender based on two prior drug convictions.
