Louisiana Man Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison for Investment Fraud Scheme

Ray A. Aguillard, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, was sentenced to 240 months in prison in connection with his operation of a Ponzi scheme resulting in losses of approximately $3.8 million to over 40 victims.
