Iowa Attorney Charged with Mortgage Fraud
Attorney Marc Robert Engelman, of Davenport, Iowa, was charged with two counts of bank fraud, six counts of wire fraud, and one count of conspiracy in connection with his alleged participation in a scheme to defraud banks and mortgage lenders during 2005 and 2006.
