Venezuelan Citizen Admits Obstructing SEC Investigation of Connecticut Hedge Fund Adviser
Juan Carlos Horna Napolitano, a citizen of Venezuela residing in Pembroke Pines, Florida, pled guilty in Bridgeport, Connecticut to one count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
